Senior RPA Developer at Product based company with 22.5LPA package. No variable pay. With 1.45 lakhs in hand after deductions. 1.5 years completed here. unmarried n staying with parents in my own house. I am able to manage fitness n spiritual routine due to work from home setup

Moderate workload n politics at work

However, sometimes I feel like I earn less for my experience. Please help if I should switch or stay?

I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down. I know I should bill a daily rate, but not sure that will fly. Thoughts?

What’s your agency’s WFH policy? Is it ok to declare you’re working from home every once and a while? Sometimes I need to and I do better work when I’m away

I feel this is wrong…first, if you’re someone who constantly wants to be better, this doesn’t work. Also, what happens when you’re going through things and you’re not the best version? What happens is…the going gets tough and then one person leaves the other.
