Cushman & Wakefield Interested in a Sales Associate position at Cushman & Wakefield. I have experience as a government analyst for 7 years but nothing related to commercial real estate. I want to become a more competitive applicant but not sure where to start. Are there any certificates, skills, or knowledge that I should be learning in my free time?

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

It's never too late! I went back at 38 myself. It was hard doing that and still working full time but I have no regrets.
Follow your soul…
if you’ve got the money & the ability to go back to college then do it.
I was a complex civil litigation paralegal for years. There’s a few good and nice attorneys out there and there’s a hell of a lot of ego- maniac attorneys out there that are mean as hell to their staffers.
It was one of those that caused me to have a stress illness, where my doctor finally had to say you’ve got to change careers
I do love litigation and I didn’t want to leave it just because of my love for law.
But I had no choice they destroyed my health …
don’t let that happen to you.
I went back to college and became a naturopathic doctor et al
opened wellness & anti-aging clinics
for 16 years … they were tops.
I became a vocational college instructor
And was granted my own vocational college in the state of Colorado
and the list goes on.

I said go for it. You only live once why be miserable? You can still work this job while you’re in school figuring out what you want to do.
At 45, it's never too late to make a pivot. Look at it this way, do you want to be 65, hating your job and your life and having people trying to push you out the door because they see you as "too old?" NOW is the time to make that change. Trust me, I'm 65 and I'm having a tough time even finding another job. A steady check is good, but not when it's a trap and keeps you stuck.
