I had an interview with Edward Jones for an IT position. The interview felt off. It was a weird format and there wasn’t a lot of organic discussion. I had red flags popping up all over the place. Ended up getting offered the position which pays insanely more than my current gig but I’m concerned about the spidey sense I got during the interview and can’t shake it. Anyone have any feedback on the company’s culture wrt innovation, technology strategies, or just overall advice? Thanks!

Seems in line with current USDC rates for campus hire Analysts, for context people started off at 55K a few years back.
Does anyone know what raises look like in USDC?
Lackluster
I started at the same in summer 2020. Not sure about how it looks this year.

That's about in-line with starting rate for USDC campus hire Solution Analyst.
Best thing to do is to ride out your 2 years - gain experience, hop around on projects, try to get more challenging/demanding work in the field you want to work in, then, when you're not responsible for sign-on clawback, take your fresh 2 years of experience somewhere else for more pay.
