What will the project dynamics be on a project staffed with 3mdps, a PL, and myself, a summer UG intern? Just got staffed and will be hearing more on Monday from the team, but it came across as an interesting staffing composition.
Have the feeling I'll be making quite a few slides as the only junior. Anyone staffed on a similar case composition?

How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?

Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

Depends on how ethical the firm is. Generally speaking, firms are only supposed to offer internships to people that they intend to hire full time. That said, even large firms have hired interns that they haven’t extended offers to. So there’s definitely a risk that there won’t be a return offer.
An internship is more of a trial run for both the employee and employer. However, for both parties the idea is you want to work there and they want you too. That being said if the internship goes poorly then either party can move on. A full time offer is just that, another offer outside of the initial offer of the internship.
I'm a partner in a B4 accounting firm. We bring in a significant number of interns each year. The vast majority of them get offers at the end of the internship. If you are getting positive feedback and they are bringing you back again, I would be shocked if you didn't get an offer. Just keep doing what you are doing. Good luck!
Coming from a partner, this is so reassuring, thank you! I really hope to get an offer because it's the perfect firm for me, and I really don't want to move to a bigger city to find a job. My PIC (and other partners and mangers) gave me nothing but positive feedback during my first internship, and I hope to improve even more next tax season to hopefully secure a full-time position.

It depends how you’re performing I suppose? If you’ve been putting in high quality work then there’s a good chance they hire you full-time, especially because they offered you to come back again already
Likely
Typically high if you’ve been asked back but could be different given the size of the office
