I'm a DBA with 4yrs experience. I should be having around 10+ salary as per discussion with my peers but I'm getting 6L. But the thing is the company which I'm working with has one of the best work env you can have to develop yourself and I would hate to leave this company/team. They did gave me 22% increment this July. But I'm having too much financial problems at home and I'm the only earning family member its become very stressing if I should start giving interviews or not. What should I do?

I'm looking at applying to MBB (Preferably BCG) for a summer internship this summer. I'm a first-gen Oxbridge student, and while I have little experience in consulting along the lines of MBB, I did work in the city last summer as an sustainability consultant.
