Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

How does anyone finish an internship AND work at the same time 😔. Any jobs without a certification make no money and the burnout is awful so I can’t get experience before finishing my MA in clinical psych. But this is my dream.

Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.
