Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?

It’s hard with a bio bachelors. It seems that every biotech client wants people with at least a masters and preferably a PhD to work on their stuff.
I have a bio adjacent background and basically gave up trying to get biotech work for this reason.
I would look at the high volume firms in DMV (oblon, bskb, shuguru, etc) and apply to every marginally related posting. The high volume firms seem to always need someone and it’s not a bad working environment. You can learn a lot hammering out 100-200 amendments per year for foreign clients. It’s good training for juniors.
Only people I know that pulled this off were pretty girls. They got big law jobs from rank 90 schools without the masters
