Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

I'm in Dallas and I'm right about where you are. The reported averages are like $20K higher, but no matter what I say at work, my salary barely moves.
It really depends on the setting and employer. For outpatient ortho, $76k isn’t necessarily bad for someone with 3 years of experience. (Not taking into consideration cost of living etc.) If you're looking to earn more, you might want to explore opportunities at larger clinics or hospitals.
From someone who grew up there....I would move out of the city and commute.
You’d make way more money in informatics and opportunities for wfh or hybrid work. I would pursue an informatics certificate or become an EHR support analyst
That salary seems low for a now-experienced PT. Yes costs are high everywhere. Looking at salaries myself as an experienced OT, I am able to find 110-120K 11 months.
