Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

I am so torn on this. If you immediately lose the job because you tried to negotiate professionally and reasonably, that’s scary. Yet, I understand a lot of people aren’t in positions where they can afford (in both senses) to do that.
I would tell you to negotiate; it's hard not to have a job, but it's also hard to work underpaid, and you can get burned out pretty quickly. YOU HAVE experience, believe in yourself, and be confident. The right job is out there!
If you don't currently have a job and are lukewarm about the company, I would recommend taking the job and continuing to interview while bringing in an income.
If you're already working, negotiate and see where it goes from there.
Good luck!
