I’m a Tax Associate with a year of experience and have a masters in management (concentration data analytics). Im really not enjoying PA and I’m thinking of finding a way out now (I know it’s super beneficial to wait til senior, but I want to weigh my options now). Do any of you have any insight on what could be a good career switch/change? Maybe project management, maybe risk management idk anything helps, thanks

How many levels in Staff? What is the min YOE is required to be a Senior?
How many months/years minimum we need to spend to be eligible for promotion (ex: minimum 1 year a person need to spend on one grade like that)

2. If they call will I be asked to relocate to Bangalore as my client's location is Bangalore or will I be working from Hyderabad only?

PS: My manager has left the organisation and I am the sole person from UST in my project.

I am currently a civil engineer thinking of switching to software engineering. I got my masters in water resource engineering where I was coding a decent amount for assignments and it has really stuck with me. Unfortunately, in my current role and field (civil), I don’t really get to do much coding. Does anyone have a similar experience of jumping ship to do software engineering? What would be the best way to go about it (coding bootcamp, another degree, something else)?

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work.
