Hi Everybody,
I'm currently working as an outsource in Rapid Metro as Technical Assistant/Civil. I earned a Master degree in Water Resource Engineer after B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Due to Covid 19 I took job back in Civil sector even though I have a masters degree in WRE. It's been almost 6 months of constant applying and rejection and still I'm nowhere close to a job in my dream branch which is the Water sector.Im hopeful that through this portal I may find an entry level position in water

Both are very safe. Safer than crossing the street or driving, but not safer than sitting on the couch
I avoid Boeings whenever humanly possible bc of the recent incidents and ongoing issues with their planes. Every now and then I can’t avoid it and will purchase a first class seat in the first row. It makes me feel more comfortable and keeps the panic at bay more for me.
Absolutely all of this FC1. Not to mention the Boeing whistleblower ended up 💀 not long after all of the planes started failing mid-flight. Nope. Flying in general is safe, but on a Boeing? Not necessarily.

To answer your question in short, safe yes, but I understand your sentiment around safety.
To give you a more personal answer, I was a super nervous flyer, I would be virtually paralyzed during takeoff or landing, any type of turbulence sent me into full on panic mode etc etc. mind you this was pre-Covid as a consultant, I was flying 125-150k miles a year. I still couldn’t bare flying, and was afraid to get on a plane. Was there some GAD that effected it yes, but once you realize how many planes are in the air at one time, let alone on the same route, in a day/month/year you realize just how safe and normal every little bit is. Essentially, I understand your anxiety, but all in all it is safe.
Hypothetically both are under even more scrutiny and safety checks due to those incidents… that works in your favor :)
This. The issues have been double checked in all planes that had the issues.

If you’re not a frequent flyer and you know you have an irrational fear of flying, ask your doctor about a small supply of emergency benzos. They can be addictive (you can become physically dependent even when taking as prescribed) but if it’s just a one off you shouldn’t worry and they will help a lot

Aircraft incidents are very rare (let’s say 0.0001% out of millions of flights daily).
