I’m about to leave my current firm, a top Silicon Valley based venture capital firm. I have accepted an offer. Is it bad if I refer people from my current firm to other opportunities I declined? Many of my teammates are unhappy now and trying to leave, but I also feel scared my current firm will get mad at med.

Refer … who cares and especially if your teammates are unhappy anyway. A firm wouldn’t think twice to let people go for whatever reason. Just make sure its an anonymous referral.

Definitely refer, just ask your current colleagues not to mention that you shared the job info with them. If you're doing them a favor, they should keep your confidence, and they'll be more likely to refer opportunities to you or help you out later down the road as well.

Guys ,

I have a leadership connect call tomorrow. I got ITS hub as office loc in offer letter. Can I ask them where would I work from June 1st onwards ?

To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?

How do find a recruiter in the legal field? Have been looking for a job for a year now and trying to transition into another practice area. Applied to more than 20 jobs and still no offers. I feel like I might need some help.

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week. I believe they’re interviewing other candidates. Does that make me second or third choice? And does the fact that I’m working with a recruiter hurt my chances of being selected due to the commission? Should I hold out for the offer or is 1+ week a sign that I won’t be selected?
