Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

would like to know. I am starting my fertility journey starting from July
Had high deductible, but first round was about 11 k out of pocket after PwC insurance and fertility benefits (meds included). Other rounds were much cheaper, because deductible was met (all done within same fiscal year)
OP, thats what i heard from otters. Deductible need to be met
I am HD and used pwc benefits. My oop was only my deductible and some extra $500 for a oon test. You must hit your OOP deductible before using the benefit, and please be aware that it is changing from WIN to Maeve in FY25, and Maeve reimburses you while WIN paid directly to the facility (I think this change is awful, tbh, not everyone has extra 50K available to pay and wait for reimbursement).
Remember also that LD does not allow HSA firm contribution.
Yeah, I had a call with Maeve and they informed me that. Awful.
The main change that I think is good is that now it it 50k total for both medical treatments and meds, it is not a 20k-30k split anymore.
Good to know! I saw the part about paying for medication and Maeve reimbursing (which seems better than when you had to coordinate with WIN) but missed about that also being the case for all benefits.
When I went through IVF, they said for egg freezing you have to pay and get reimbursed, for IVF it’s billed directly to insurance. I didn’t really need any approvals from WIN either. But a lot of costs were not covered by insurance, so ask your dr office to give you estimate before cycle.
