Hi Fishes, Great to connect here. I cleared my R1 for PepsiCo for L4 level. The HR told me I would have to attend 2 more rounds and they would get scheduled based on the panel's availability. Hey! Considering negotiating my pay after 1 year of CT experience. In Florida my base is $29/hr. How much of a raise should I ask for (if they don’t automatically give one)? And should I wait to be a travel tech with another year of experience?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

Wanted to share some advice for anyone looking at track saws. I just bought the bare WEN 6.5” unit ($145.29) and paired it with the Powertec guide rail set ($119.89) and came away with a solid setup at a (comparatively) cheap price ($265).

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Interviewing with a small (50 people) boutique firm in a management position. They are in an industry I have 10 years of experience plus I have 5 years management consulting experience in B4 firm. Assuming the pay and potential bonus are reasonable what kind of challenges would I be in for? I already understand this would be a risk to join and help them grow but if I were successful I think it could be very rewarding.

Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? If you take a job as a customer success mgr for ads, or as a partnership mgr for learning solutions for industry X, are you going to get stuck in those products (ads, learning solutions), roles (CS, sales/partnerships), or target industry (X)?
