I’m applying to two different jobs in the same company. Is it okay for me to put down different salary expectations for these two jobs? The reason I’m doing this is because the job levels are different based on job title so I suppose the responsibilities and commitment required from them are different. I’m probably overqualified for the lower level one but I’m looking for relocation so didn’t mind it. However the higher level is probably better suited for me and I’d expect a higher salary.

I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
