I’m at a small agency where the culture is basically "stay late every night." I’m the only one who wants normal hours, and I feel super guilty every time I log off at 6. I don’t want to look lazy, but I need a life outside of work. Any tips on how to bring this up?

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all.
