I'm considering a role at UKG and was wondering if anyone here could share some insights about the standard working hours.What is the timings and is there flexibility in terms of start and end times? Also, is there an expectation of working beyond these hours frequently? I heard it is 12-9 but I am not sure.

I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form
