I'm considering an offer at a mid-tier consulting firm. They’re offering a base salary of $85k with the possibility of a 10% bonus based on performance. It's remote and I'm in the mid-west. Curious to know, is this competitive for someone with 3 years of experience? What are you guys seeing out there?

Hi everyone, I’m in asset management at a real estate firm with 2 years of experience in my current role and 5 total years of experience in finance. What should my comp range be?

Is there a definitive guide to cost of living? The obvious cost of living centers (SF, NYC, LA etc.) get covered a lot, but I’m wondering where my city falls. It’s a modest Midwest city with ~100k residents but is a relatively touristy spot. It often feels like a MCOL area but I’m not sure how to adequately judge that, and it would be helpful to know when comparing salaries and the like.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.
