I’m currently a legal assistant working to get my MPA with a focus on policy analysis. Some of my work as a legal assistant overlaps with environmental/climate issues and that is what I’m really passionate about, but I can’t seem to land a job in the field and break out of a law firm. I’m 26, been working full time since 2020. I’m not sure why I’m not getting interviews, I try to highlight my little experience in environmental/sustainability/climate policy. Any tips??

My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related. What skills needed for data engineer role in FAANG companies?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
