I’m currently a SA with plans to go to SS next cycle (Summer ‘23). I’ve been talking to my project Manager (who is in Core) about a potential switch from USDC to Core. Someone told me earlier this week that only SSS and above can switch. Is that true?

I’m currently doing large scale Oracle ERP implementation and I am having difficulty finding companies that hire entry level roles. I switch fields recently so I only have around 9 months of experience and I find that most ServiceNow position requires 2+year in ServiceNow :/

I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens. I’m extra worried because it doesn’t seem there’s IB analyst positions out there. Im really hoping come January more positions come up but I’m just praying they don’t fire me until then. Working at a company and they can’t seem to hold on to their female, black and people of color employees. I blinked and 3 of the people who were in my onboarding class were either fired or they left. For context I’ve been in company less than a year and there are people who have been in the company 25yrs. I’m thinking of cutting loose before it gets to my turn.
