My resume got shortlisted for Operations Associate/Engineer-Amazon Managed Services role. I am an experienced AWS engineer with 5YOE.I feel like this role will be degrading in nature for me. Is it worth joining for this position. I would love to join Amazon based on my experience and skill set. But Not to some position which doesn't require AWS experience.

Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

This isn’t true and D1 is incorrect. I have personally facilitated the transfer of a solution specialist to a core consultant.
Its not true. You just need core PPMD support and make sure you have project support
Yes
OP - I started in 2019 at 59k. 2022 I’m at 100k
Not true-however, you need your OP’s MD to sign off on a transfer. I know of MDs in USDC rejecting a transfer even though a practitioner’s project leadership supported and signed off on it.
Naw it depends on the partner and the practice
Nope not true
No. I transferred from usdc SA to core consultant
Off cycle. I requested to be transferred in as a consultant and it went through!
