I'm currently going through the interview process at Macquarie Group. I've interviewed twice and completed the psychometric tests. The interviewers have been very nice but I'm wondering if anyone at the company could share any detailed insights with respect to culture & pay. It's for the CGM org by the way.

I have given interview in LTI on 20th August which was pull campus so L1,L2 and HR all three rounds over on same day and I was told in HR round only that you are Final Selected. I got documents submission mil on 22nd August and I submitted it, But till now(2nd September) I have not got any mail for offer letter. How much time it will still? Can anyone help me on this?

Note- I received one email having Subject Line- Application status has changed(which was system generated).

Interviewing for an assistant underwriting job, I meet all requirements except for knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. I minored in forensic science so I’m familiar with medical terminology/anatomy but unsure if this will make or break my interview, they might be looking for medical professionals? I am suffering my scalp psoriasis. Checked with many doctors. They say there is no cure for this. You have to use coal tar shampoo to get rid of this dandruff. But if I use that shampoo I will go bald in some years as it has harsh chemicals. If I don't, this dandruff too much to handle and sometimes breaks your confidence.

I’ve been prepping hard for M&A technicals (reading R&P, biws400) for a move to an MM IB firm but got hit up to interview for a T2 consulting firm (LEK, EYP, OY).

My goal is to break into PE potentially but I’m not sure if it’s worth putting in effort for T2 consulting interviews because I believe exits from T2 are more limited compared to an MM IB like JEF. My question really boils down to how do exits from a T2 compare to that of a top MMIB? Appreciate any and all insights!
