I have received an offer letter for joining after couple of months but my official notice period is 90 days. Will there be any issue while joining as HR told me offer letter date cannot be changed but will send it on the mail.

How much notice, if any, for a week-long "working vacation" (i.e. you'll be working a reduced schedule but unavailable for periods of the day). Assume no hard deadlines during that week. Is an OOO notice sufficient?
