I'm currently in a pothole, where I couldn't get out of because my career itself does not really help the "future job." I had three jobs, two with production in bioprocess, and another with business development. These three jobs were meant to be the meaning for the junior position. and I could not find the specific level of job, which is not an easy process.I know just getting a job is just fine, but I'm trying to find specific job that could really help me to the next level. how people do that?
