I’m currently interviewing for remote roles and noticing the salary ranges are all over the place. One company's offering $60k while another one is offering $100k for the exact same title and responsibilities. Since location isn't a factor, how do I determine what’s fair?

Currently working in-house for a large bio pharma - like the company and most of the people, but the work is really getting monotonous and I just leaned through the grapevine that I am making significantly less money ($15k to $30k) than others in the same level/grade as me. I make it a rule to look for dribbble/behance for inspo but only sketch when im not looking at things because I don’t want to copy directly.
