Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Never hurts to reach out about those things. Worse answer you can get is a no--but then you start a new job and maybe that recruiter will hit you up later.
Also don't feel bad about leaving an agency "early". Workplace loyalty is a one way street that leads to the unemployment office.

That last line is gold. I'm going to frame it and mail it to my boss on my way out.
Sorry, but 6 rounds in-house is excessive, other than maybe for a VP or above position. That's a red flag right there.
I wouldn't put any weight into "keep you in mind." I'd start looking for other in-house job immediately that don't require 6 rounds of interviews.
Not exec but a senior position. The excessive number of interviews included the recruiter screen and what probably should have been a larger panel but I think they split into multiple to make it more manageable.
But yeah, agree that 6 is a lot typically
We’ll keep you mind is a nicety recruiters use when you don’t get the job.
If you want to go in house you should keep perusing that vs taking the first new job that comes around.
I know it's a nicety, but my current agency says the same thing and actually does it (we create a "bench" of people who were good but lost out to someone who was just a little better). So, had been keeping the faith a little bit.
