Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???

Hi guys, Now VMware is offering me a 35% percent hike of what I am earning at DellEmc. I just completed one year at DellEmc. Total 2.7YOE But I don't like to go out of Dell, due to some personal commitments I am planning to switch.
Is it a good time to switch?
Can I talk with my manager ?
Are they able to hike the salary of what VMware is offering? Please suggest me.

Is that range market for the position? Your ask seems low to me.
$77k also seems low to me. Do your market research for sure to determine what Thelma fair rate is. That being said, not checking every box doesn’t mean you can’t ask for what you want. If you’re applying for jobs where you can check off every single thing on the job description, then you’re aiming too low. Which is often why you see on job posts the listing will encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every ask. Good luck!
I don’t think it’s crazy at all. But I will say I recently became a CSM and they will tell you about companies that are want ro combine project manager and scrum master as one role when they truly are separate roles.
