I’m in-house in an industry I’ve only been in for about a year. I refreshed some of our graphics quickly after starting when I hit on something the cmo liked. I’m feeling like it’s time to refresh some things again, but with the industry still new to me, and my boss just having left for a new position, I don’t feel as confident.

How do you research and inspire yourself when you’re not going total redesign but looking to shake things up. Especially interested if your changed industries. Thanks!
