I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

Honestly sounds like a pretty rough workplace, I'd look elsewhere but within the same sector if you can
Fix the contradictions by writing everything he says down, date it. He will stop, especially when you tell him you said X on Y date. Do not do this in front of others. IDK about the microaggressions—product development / R&D can be a "tough" place. People don't have time to sugarcoat stuff, so they are direct. Make sure you're not seeing that and thinking it's something else. I would stick with it. First job out of college is important. You hop too soon, you're going to look unreliable.
