I'm in my first real job out of college, and already feeling completely burnt out. My boss constantly contradicts himself, I’m working 10+ hour days, and dealing with microaggressions because I'm a woman. I even got flagged for calling someone out on email because I didn't know the etiquette. I want to leave STEM but feel trapped by my degree. How do you pivot industries when you feel like you have no transferable skills?
