Hello fishes,
Last Monday (16 May), I had sent an email to Mindtree recruiter regarding the other offer I have and to revise my salary structure.
I haven't got any response from them yet. My joining date in Mindtree is 23rd May, and 30th May in another organization.
I'm not sure what I should do next?
P.S other offer is from Citiustech Healthcare Technologies .

I can’t speak to S.D. Fla. specifically. Have you considered whether they’re hiring because they received additional funds to scale up some of their groups? As a general matter I think work-life balance for AUSAs is better than it is at firms (on average) and worse than it is for most agency counsel who don’t have first-chair litigating responsibilities. During trial, AUSAs work essentially biglaw trial hours or close to it. Some in-state travel for depositions and hearings will also likely be required. It’s a lot of work and pressure to build and put on a case as lead counsel, regardless of whether your client is a private company or the USA. So if there’s a high turnover rate, I’d guess it’s largely people deciding they want higher comp for the work (lateraling to firms) or seeking out non-litigating or judge/ALJ positions.
