How many levels of interview does Mphasis has?
I am currently interviewing at TikTok for the Content Partnerships Lead role. Can anyone share some insight into the salary bands in the Sub-Saharan African market? Should I benchmark with the global rates?
Any tips and experiences interviewing in this region are also welcome - and highly appreciated! :)

Definitely go for the jacket, slacks, and tie. I feel like wearing a suit is more of a liability than anything. It makes you seem stuffy and unapproachable. Especially in a more casual office.
I think either work as long as it looks nice and more dressy than business casual.
Always a suit and tie for interviews unless you're interviewing at a tech start-up, and even then you can never be over-dressed.
I don’t think wearing a full suit gives a huge edge anymore unless it’s a super formal industry. A tailored jacket and slacks can still show you take the interview seriously without feeling overdressed.
For the interview I would still wear a suit. It shows you are serious and respect the company. Once you're hired, switch to business casual.
