Do you mean doesn't require talking on the phone as in customer service? I don't think you'll find any position that doesn't require some sort of phone conversations with co-workers, supervisors or customers. Even in a data entry role, you would need to contact people to verify information.
I've found a few part time, non-phone customer service gigs on Rat Race Rebellion. They have full time stuff as well. All WFH and they vet the listings so they're legit.
I have no issue with contacting customers to confirm orders, issues, etc. I just don't want a role where it is the main job, like constant customer service calls.
You could try data entry, copywriting, and billing, but even those will require a little talking on the phone.
Hmm this is interesting...maybe go for some kind of data analysis/data entry role? That wouldn't require interacting with customers
Data entry is your best bet! Lots of open positions and usually good pay.. around $30/hr
You might want to check on Linked in and INdeed. There are lots of open roles you might be interested in .
