Any walk-in interviews in Pune? Please Help
I have a fair amount of retail experience and have created a bowl to help fellow consultants who are interviewing in retail and CPG. My experience is across a wide range of topics (primarily non technical) and would love to help folks get their dream job. Would be awesome if others can join and contribute their knowledge.

My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

Unless your Indian or Packistani. It's going to be difficult no matter how much experience you have.
Keep trying
that makes no sense if i have all the knowledge and practice to know what the job description really needs
Does your major in data science align with your experience and align with the jobs you are applying for? Alignment is what it's all about.
Are you double-checking your letters. I noticed you don't use full stops, which may be a sign that written communication could be a hidden problem for you. Some hirers are my age and not of the texting era.
Also, I wouldn't be concerned about gender ratios. My husband has been in this area recruiting data and AI seniors for ages and he always assesses people based on merit.
From what I read further down, that your only work experience in the role comes from an internship? You may not actually have the experience for the roles you're applying for. I've hired for roles that require a substantial amount of experience in the industry, and the number of fresh graduates who are so sure they're a 'perfect fit' is pretty astounding. An internship gives you a taste of what happens in the workplace, but isn't extensive experience. And doing further study or short courses isn't industry experience.
I'd suggest perhaps targeting jobs that are better suited to your current level of experience, more entry level.
What kind of work are you looking for?

I'm shocked that anyone has actually used the phrase "gender balancing" primarily because it's illegal to base a job decision solely on a protected characteristic like gender
