I am in a super good position at Jellyfish as a Director with a good room in terms of growth. Great responsibilities, work life balance and I strongly love my job. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Hi! I'm currently doing a part time remote Job for an American company as a graphic designer. I'm still in college and am planning to hold this job for atleast 2 years till my graduation.
