I'm on a visa and recently laid off, in the current scenario no firms hiring visa holders and still majority of them were Visa holders.
One way ticket back to home country provided only to the employee and not family. Then why D sponsors H4 for the spouse? So that folks join them during hiring process?

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it).
