Hi,. 24F YOE = 2years10months Work = DevOps and cloud (AWS) . I have two offers, both from same work. SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. Can anyone suggest which one to decide? I have some idea on SAP labs but not sure about airbus when it comes to work life balance, career growth, team. thank you and much appreciated

Yes you can post this on your site, but since P&G is a publicly traded company, you have to avoid revealing non-public information that could impact stock prices or investor decisions.
You can whitelist it (remove all mentions of the company name and replace it with a broad descriptor for anonymity). For example, instead of saying ‘Clorox’, say ‘household cleaning brand’.
Or you can password protect it, but this adds extra hassle for visitors. Keep in mind that even with password protection, you still have to be mindful of sharing sensitive information.

You’re almost always fine to share unless it’s something that can directly benefit a competitor (i.e. internal data, company trade secrets, a pre-launch product/strategy, etc.)
I used to be in brand management at P&G and can promise you, no one is looking at agency strategist portfolios.
In my experience it is so much easier to leave off the brands and sensitive information, and focus on the parts that make me look better. If it was allowed and not such a headache, I’d love to name drop, however it crosses tricky territory and I want to show what I did more than any of that. Best of luck with the new job!
