I'm seeking a career coach. Location does not matter (US) as I'm sure sessions will be remote. The more immediate objective is finding a new job, but someone offering more general help could also be applicable. I really don't know how to go about finding one, I'm asking around and if anyone knows a good one I'd love to hear any recommendations. Field is research / consulting, with an energy focus.

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. Hi there! I currently work as a strategy consultant (2 years post-BA) and am trying to pivot into a pure data scientist role.
