I’m sharing this piece because it’s a start to a necessary convo. How can we push back about the breaking down of DEI without conversations of how it helps business. This piece starts the convo but where I think it lacks is pointing out hard, statistical data to support its headline. While too many people outright don’t believe data anymore, it’s still a valuable tool when pushing back against hate.
