I’m so tired. I hold 3 roles on my team right now (same company, same manager, not 3 different jobs). I am a PO for 1 team and work as an analyst for 2 other teams. I often have to be in 2 calls at once. I haven’t left because the job security is too good (especially watching all of the tech layoffs happening elsewhere) and I am 100% remote.
This happened because I was a hybrid PO/Analyst and was suppose to transition to a new team, but now I’m just stuck doing both. Time to edit my resume. :/
