Yeah, you are an employee starting Monday. We get paid on the 15th and 30th
We get paid on the 15th and last day of the month (wiggle room for when those dates fall on weekends). Your pay will be from day one you join us (being in training doesn’t change that). You might not get paid the 15th pay check, have seen that sometimes it takes awhile for new hires to get things processed in the system but will definitely get the 31st one (if you only get paid on the 30th it would be for all time you have been with us: July 11th-31st). I would budget not expecting to be paid 5 days after you join and then I’d you do it’s a nice surprise.
Great, thank y’all!
Oh okay. I’m in tax, but they haven’t told us which segment yet. Email said we should find out first week of training
I’m unaware of any sign on bonus😅 @p6
We are paid the 15th and last day of each month via direct deposit. Since you’re a new hire, direct deposit probably won’t work for a few cycles so you’ll get mailed a check - that will probably add a bit more lag (Depending on our roots, most of us have been there planning the pennies before the first paycheck, so no shame in confirming this with your HR contact).
You Will get paid starting Monday, 1/52 of your salary for each workweek, or 1/260 for each weekday, regardless of hours billed
This is really helpful info. Thank you for this.
Congrats on the new role! You should check with HR to see their pay check schedule. You would be paid based on if it's this Friday or next
Also, what group are you in? Some groups have in office or national training in week 2 as well that hasn’t been announced yet.
I’m not sure that they told us what group we’re in yet, but I’ll be on the lookout for that
Just found the email, I’m in group 2
Sorry, I mean what business unit, segment, etc. Are you Audit, DAT, or a tax BU, and if so, which one?
Congratulations and welcome to the team!
I started on 4th of October and was paid on the same cycle like everyone ie 15th October.
So there’s a possibility you might be paid the sign on bonus though came in 2-3 pay cycles after.
