Got an offer for a sales applications manager role at Cisco and a Strategic AE role at Amazon - both are basically the same pay (130~ base, 220 OTE)
I don’t have any friends at either company so I was curious if anyone has experience and can shed some light on culture/ work life balance to help me make a decision? Thanks for the help guys!

You gotta get out of the house man. I go for an hour bike ride/ run either over lunch or after work. She needs to do the same. Distance is healthy for a relationship.
Peloton works for me.
Just got one actually! A quick 20 min before work each morning is helping
Check out company’s EAP - zoom with a few buds to vent - do something mindless for you - can you delay the housing stuff? Have you told you partner openly how you’re feeling? Everyone else covered the exercise.
You said “stressful” home life and “boring” work life so maybe capitalize on the boringness and let work stuff slide or go on autopilot so you can focus on the home stuff.
You know everything work related is temporary - can always change projects, clients, specialities, etc. but the home stuff is for the long haul.
Do something active everyday in the morning. I've found my head is more clear when I do this and certainly foggy when I don't. As for the toddler, I understand. I'm learning for toddlers to have to try and have as much of a routine as possible and always give them a heads of of what is next. I.e. After you wake up we are going to have breakfast, read a book, and go to the park etc.
For toddlers I bought this course: https://biglittlefeelings.com/
Thanks all, good suggestions 😁
Can you work remotely from somewhere else? Stick your desk in the garage and say goodbye everyday?
I've been working from the local coffee shop a few days a week which is helping 👍
Maybe take the burdon off her for bit. Block lunch a couple of times a week. Or first thing in the morning so she can nap. That might help you take your mind elsewhere give her a break and make it better for you.
