Would love walkability, modern apartments or house, washer/dryer in unit. We’ll be getting 2 houses. I’m WFH for now. Looking at 2-3 bedroom, 2+ bath. $6-7.5k per month in rent. Thinking Santa Monica, but would love recommendations. Not ready to do suburbs. Appreciate any and all suggestions!

Truth be told I have never been through onboarding via remote. It’s a bit of a struggle. It’s taking forever to get access to certain resources and my assigned mentor is always underwater. How is everyone dealing with this? My manager seems hard to please in our first couple 1:1s.
