Anyone here work at Qualtrics that was able to negotiate a sign on bonus?

I work remotely and will be relocating across country with my partner in a few months for their new job. My company does not do any automatic cost of living salary increases for voluntary moves, but I can negotiate salary with my manager for this. I have only been with the company for a few months and am new to the industry in general. I will be moving to a high cost of living area and my salary will not cut it in the new area. How should I approach negotiating a salary increase?

So with 60 days Military PTO, a pretty healthy vacation policy, good benefits overall and from what I am perceiving as a pretty damn good career path, almost like an Army officer career path, is this consulting career actually a pretty good gig? I mean, it seems like you can do just about whatever you want in Accenture, even if “consulting,” isn’t the path you want to go down long term. Are these people wining about comp, hours, and projects, just clueless to what the real world is like, and how much Military hours and “projects” can be? I don’t know I just feel like this is like the civilian equivalent to the Military, and not in a bad way, thoughts?

Currently make 75k in a low cost of living area as a government employee. Big 4 tax background with 5 years experience. Currently working in regulation. I have an opportunity to move back into tax but the catch is it’s in San Francisco. Offer is 130k with a target 10% bonus and 5% pension contribution. Based on my pay and what my spouse could make in SF the pay differential would be a slight decrease based on COL. I’m not seeing a bright future in my government career due to continual budget...

I’m currently pursuing new roles though, and would have to find a job that starts in May, and end up giving up my Deloitte bonus.
