I'm taking the PMI PMP exam in month. Has anyone taken it recently and can share any tips?

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.

I've always wondered this ... How do PPMD's find new opportunities.. like is it mostly through networking / grapevine.. or something more structured?
