Excellent idea. Use what you have learned from candidates you have spoken to and start with that. Even a 30 minute sessiona and then build on it. Even if only a few people show up, you consistency and good tips very well could draw more people to sessions in the future if you are consistent and actually helpful. Listen to your network, give them what they are asking for in regards to help
Absolutely! I have seen a lot of job hunters here that are more than willing to accept anything that could help them on their search and possibly land a job. I appreciate your initiative to help for free. God bless you.
I think you'll get a tremendous response rate for something like this! If you're looking for content, just scroll through some of the bowls here (in particular, the career advice for students one). I'll be you could find enough material to cover 10 sessions.
I'd love to learn more about this!
I think so! I think it's a good idea for mid level professionals as a way to encourage them to seek other options...a lot of them aren't really active applying, so recruiters are the main point of contact but they should be looking around anyway
Omg! This is a great idea! Count me in!
Although i've been at it for quite some time in this industry. You can count me in, I can still learn a trick or two.
