Got an interview with Amazon within their Advertising department. I hear working for Amazon can be great if you get into the right department. Anyone have insights to their advertising department? Good or bad? Also, would love some interview tips if you have them! (It’s for an Executive Assistant position) thank you!

Job searching is frustrating! And the job market in the past year or two hasn't been great at all. Just keep at it. Some companies post requirements that are basically a wish list, and no one person could fulfill them all. So apply to those that seem like you've got most of the qualifications, and if you get an interview, be confident and talk yourself into a job.
I found taking my titles off my resume helped. I had tailored my resume to each job description and for ATS. I thought the titles and my relevant skills plus my accomplishments would make me stand out. Now it just says the company, group/BU I was in, the years, and lists only the relevant skills to the job, even if it isn’t all that I was doing. It was hard on my ego to remove anything that made me “special.” But it seems to be that they don’t want “special” for the initial resume round. I was also careful in a “one-way video interview” to not mention my titles or speak to anything that would make them think I was overqualified. I now have two live interviews scheduled with the new resume after 10 months of no responses. Maybe take a hard look at your resume and make sure there isn’t anything on there that may be making them think you’re overqualified or skills or job duties that aren’t relevant to the job description or qualifications.
I definitely understand where you are coming from. I have been searching for a new job for six months now and have been experiencing the same thing. Unfortunately this is an employers job market so the best we can do is keep applying and see what happens.
