I'm trying to decide between obtaining a certification in Health informatics or Medical billing and Coding would be best for me to land a remote nursing position. Any insights?

Coding is nowhere close to writing effective codes rest assured no one will be getting replaced by AI only person who will be replaced by AI will be workers who do not utilize AI effectively.

Hi There!

I’ve been very interested Nursing. I’ve looked up different nursing specialties to acquire in. I found out that Nursing Informatics is something that is and will expand. The technology in the healthcare fields is advancing as well. You’ll always have employment. From different perspectives, I’ve seen that working from home life balance is amazing!

Health Informatics, depending on the program may include Medical and computer coding, so I say Health Informatics!

Coding not good because ai will replace that job soon

Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge. On the weekends, same responsibilities but 7a-7p. We don't get any additional pay for being in charge and I'm sick of the added responsibility and stress of it.

I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? Thanks in advance!

Is there any coding program requires MS in Healthcare Management degree so I can use mine and get hired quick?
