Yes I ignored and it I regretted it. I was eventually let go. Avoid red flags at your own peril.
Red flags are intuition. Trust your gut.
Never overlook the red flags, you will kick yourself later.
Never overlook them. If possible try to negotiate a termination package as in “if I am laid off or let go the company pays me x months of salary”
The interview process is them putting their best foot forward. The bad behaviour will only gets worse.
