I’m trying to figure out what benefits are must haves vs nice to haves. In my head mandatory is 401k and match, insurance, and PTO and nice to have are general perks such as discounted tickets. What are some things that you all have seen that you would recommend looking out for in new roles? Thanks for any advice that you may have.
