Im working as inside sales, but there are no proper leads provided by the company and they are expecting to convert random linked in generated leads and there is no proper meetings taken by my manager not they have communicated any KRI with me. should I stay or leave the company.

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

How do I get into a project? How long do I have to wait more?

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice (my disclaimer), but I do look at the situation from a compliance/policy/process lens and urge to consult legal always. Started in *May* - Prior to signing everything, I expressed concern to the recruiter about the credit check. Honestly, it’s not great but it’s not terrible.
