Hi Fishes,
Does Deloitte USI have any cool down period, if you apply and do not get any response from the company? I had previously applied in a role, but didn't hear back from them. So, I'm planning to try to apply via referral this time and I'm wondering if I should use the same e-mail ID or a different one! Deloitte USI
What will be the monthly inhand salary for this.

Hi, I got a offer from HCL stating that joining within a month. As per my company policy - 60 days NP. I tried a lot for buyout option and leave adjustment in my current company. I didn't get any positive response. I'm in a confused state. Could anyone help me with suggestions. ThanksCognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture Infosys Wipro

Holy crap after i interned i got offered 27k for a jr role
Always worth negotiating, but probably won’t get much more.
Overtime is KEY as a junior - find out if you are eligible for overtime at 50k. If not, see if you can negotiate down to 45 and earn overtime. My first gig as a junior was $45k + overtime, and I ended up taking away around 70 at the end of the year.
I really just want $55k so I don’t have to be so broke all the time
Also that's a pretty realistic amount. I think Deutsch la pays their Jr copywriters a bit more. But my NYC friends get roughly around there
I think that's pretty standard (50-55K)
with that said, I'd push for 55 and if they can't budge, see how things like PTO or education reimbursement can supplement
Coming from intern to full time your leverage is basically zero. Also, that 5k isn’t much across 26 paychecks and you’ll also be getting overtime so it’s more like 60 at the end of it.
I don’t think this is a bad starting point but you can try to negotiate! Especially if it’s the place you interned for they like that you already have a sense of how things work and can just jump in. Good luck ☺️
As a junior working in LA (at a smaller agency) I fought for more and ended with 57k know your worth and have confidence. I personally would fight for 57k so that after negotiations you end at 55k
They wanted to start me up at 45 but got them to get me up to 65
I got 45 :/
Is it with us? Because they wont negotiate lol
I work for exposure
I started at 50 in nyc in 2013
50 is standard.
I started for 10k in 1973
Big difference in just a few years. I started at 35 in 2007 in sf
